RESERVATION POLICIES
CONFIRMATION Full payment is due at time of reservation. If you are staying longer than 4 days; 50% at time of reservation, with the rest to be paid one week in advance.
CANCELLATIONS If made prior to 21 days the full amount less a 10% service charge will be refunded. Cancellation within 21 days will be subject to re-rental of the room less a 10% service charge. A rain check will be issued for your use anytime. Left un-rented no refund
or raincheck will be applied.
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
