All rooms at this at our luxurious bed and breakfast include a private bath, air conditioning, luxurious bathrobes, iron/board, hair dryer, ceiling fans, cable TV, beach towels, Chilmark chocolates, and wireless internet.

COMPLIMENTARY USE OF THE MANSION HOUSE HEALTH CLUB AND SPA (one time) AND COMPLIMENTARY BICYCLES!

HIGH SEASON mid June through Labor Day  $225- $340

INTERIM SEASON mid May through mid June   $175-$295

LOW SEASON end Labor Day through mid May  $175 ($150) -$275

A two night minimum stay is required

Room taxes are additional 

RESERVATION POLICIES

 CONFIRMATION Full payment is due at time of reservation. If you are staying longer than 4 days; 50% at time of reservation, with the rest to be paid one week in advance.

CANCELLATIONS If made prior to 21 days the full amount less a 10% service charge will be refunded. Cancellation within 21 days will be subject to re-rental of the room less a 10% service charge. A rain check will be issued for your use anytime. Left un-rented no refund or raincheck will be applied.

No refunds for late arrivals or early departures
