Bed and Breakfast Room Rates

All rooms at our luxurious bed and breakfast include a private bath, air conditioning, luxurious bathrobes, iron/board, hair dryer, ceiling fans, cable TV, beach towels, Chilmark chocolates, and wireless internet.

  • HIGH SEASON mid June through Labor Day $225- $350
  • INTERIM SEASON mid May - mid June and after Labor Day through 3rd week of September $175-$295
  • LOW SEASON End of September through mid May $150 -$275
  • A two night minimum stay is required
  • Room taxes are additional

Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies

  • CONFIRMATION: Full payment is due at time of reservation. If you are staying longer than 4 days; 50% at time of reservation, with the rest to be paid one week in advance.
  • CANCELLATIONS: If made prior to 21 days the full amount less a 10% service charge will be refunded. Cancellation within 21 days will be subject to re-rental of the room less a 10% service charge. A rain check will be issued for your use anytime. Left un-rented no refund or raincheck will be applied.
